Work in progress updates will be provided during the outlining and writing process. You may request changes or additions up until I begin editing, after which, no changes will be permitted. If the changes require me to alter/rewrite large parts of the commission, I will charge a $3 fee for the additional work.
The completed commission will be messaged to you in the form of a PDF.
No refunds after the commission has been delivered.
I will not charge more if I end up writing more than the agreed on price; you pay only what you agreed to.
Similarly, I will not force words just to meet a goal; if I write less than intended/asked for, you will only be charged for the final total word count.
Turnaround time varies depending on my mental and physical health. It may also take longer if I have to research anything. If there are setbacks or I believe I cannot complete the commission for any reason, I will let you know.
